Happa Restaurant is seeking an experienced Dishwasher/Prep Cook キッチンスタッフ to join our small kitchen team of 1-3 members. This role involves washing and cleaning dishes and equipment, supporting basic cooking preparation, and assisting with general kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow in our standard commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Wash and clean dishes, cooking equipment, and workstations

Perform basic kitchen prep tasks and cooking assistance

Support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness

Help servers with table cleaning when needed

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in kitchen operations

Certification as a food handler with strong food safety knowledge

Basic cooking techniques

Effective time management and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and physical stamina to perform duties efficiently
