This role focuses on assisting clients with travel-related support, vacation coordination, and general customer communication throughout the booking experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with vacation planning questions and travel requests

Research resorts, cruises, hotels, and destination options

Assist with itinerary coordination and reservation support

Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and online communication

Keep booking details and client records organized and updated

Attend online trainings and educational team sessions

Learn current travel promotions, destinations, and supplier updates

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Basic computer and internet knowledge

Good time management and attention to detail

Customer service experience is a plus but not required

Reliable internet access required
