Covelli Enterprises is now hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician - Company Van Provided!

Hiring Immediately! We are looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Panera Bread locations in the Columbus Market.

Responsibilities of the role:

Support Panera Bread stores with repair or maintenance questions and requests.

Utilize and update e-Maintenance (Facility Maintenance Platform) to ensure efficiency within the Maintenance Department.

Maintain restaurant equipment, troubleshoot and repair as required. Replace worn or damaged parts.

Manage trades as needed for larger repairs, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Painting, etc.

Manage external service providers to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed timely.

Assist in compiling data for company-wide projects.

Visit stores for troubleshooting equipment

Assist with delivery of equipment and supplies as needed to specific locations.

Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal availability is Monday- Friday 5am-4pm

Qualifications and skills:

Experience in minor electrical and plumbing (1-2 years a plus).

Experience with welding, electronics, tile, drywall repair or painting is a plus but not required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong organizational skills and ability to perform tasks without direct supervision.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance environment.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Background check required.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Must be 21 years or older
