As the Strategic Mechanical Manager, you'll ensure technical expertise in mechanical infrastructure services within industrial facilities, focusing on reliable operation, compliance, and performance of systems like HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and natural gas. Your role will support current operations and future site growth, strengthening project support, commissioning readiness, and sustainability initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure efficient operation of mechanical utility systems, aligned with current demand and future growth.

Define and improve processes, standards, and procedures for mechanical systems.

Verify compliance of new projects and system modifications with technical standards.

Participate in design reviews and commissioning, ensuring systems meet expectations.

Drive performance improvements and energy-saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers for effective maintenance.

Implement initiatives to optimize resource use and reduce environmental impact.

Do you have what it takes?

Strong experience with machinery and utility infrastructure in industrial facilities.

Solid understanding of mechanical engineering standards and regulations.

3+ years in project engineering, including develop review and commissioning.

Skilled in developing processes and strategies concerning machinery and mechanical operations.

Proficient in supervising and improving system performance through KPIs.

Understanding of industrial utilities requirements for reliability and compliance.

Good communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
