The Site Foreman will lead a small residential roofing and construction crew on-site full-time, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires hands-on supervision and coordination with a team of up to 4 workers, utilizing project management software to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a roofing and construction crew of 1-10 workers on residential sites

Coordinate daily on-site activities and workflow

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards

Utilize project management software to track progress and schedules

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays

Manage time and resources to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in construction management
