We’re hiring: Salesforce Analyst (Experience Cloud) – Contract (W2 Only) Cupertino, CA
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to support global and regional business teams by driving impactful solutions within Salesforce CRM, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud (Partner Gateway). This role is ideal for someone who combines functional expertise with strong analytical and testing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with global and regional channel teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
• Work extensively on Experience Cloud (Partner Gateway) to support evolving business needs
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for regional releases
• Own end-to-end and regression testing; triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues collaboratively
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across Salesforce platforms
• Design and build reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights
• Challenge requirements and contribute to forward-thinking, scalable solutions
Required Skills:
• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong expertise in Experience Cloud, Salesforce Administration, and Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience with UAT, testing cycles, and release validation
• Salesforce Admin Certification (required)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
