Maintenance Technician: Beloit, Wisconsin

Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Maintenance Technicians to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facilities to support safe and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production.

Diagnose machine malfunctions and troubleshoot operating issues.

Make repairs and adjustments to keep equipment running efficiently.

Overhaul components by dismantling, inspecting, machining, or replacing parts.

Perform precision maintenance tasks including aligning bearings, shafts, and mechanisms.

Assist with installing and relocating machinery, including leveling and alignment work.

Perform building, facility, and grounds maintenance as needed.

Support upcoming maintenance projects by preparing materials and equipment.

Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC units and related systems.

Maintain logs, documentation, and maintenance records.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong mechanical repair skills with experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, maintenance instructions, and technical documents.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and measuring devices.

Ability to solve problems, follow instructions, and work safely around machinery.

Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work in varying conditions.

Pay for Maintenance Technician: $18.00/hour and up DOE.
