Sales Representative – Emergency Services

One of the most trusted names in disaster restoration services with offices in Chicago’s South suburbs is seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is centered on generating revenue through emergency response opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow a strong network of referral sources and business opportunities
Be first on-site to emergency losses (fire, water, impact) and secure signed contracts in real-time
Lead conversations with property owners during high-stress situations with confidence and empathy
Track leads, referrals, and opportunities to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion
Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sale to production
Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and accountability at all times
Ideal Candidate:
A natural salesperson who thrives on winning work and closing deals
Consistently securing signed contracts at the point of loss
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
Relationship-driven with a hunter mentality
Hitting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Organized and disciplined in follow-up and tracking
Education or Experience:
Two-year college degree preferred
Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
Sales background with proven success
