Machine Operator

Shift: 12-hour rotating swing shift (includes on-call rotation)

Pay: $23–$27/hour

Location: On-site in Green Bay

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience operating industrial or production machinery

Forklift experience required (3+ years preferred)

Ability to monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production standards

Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat You’ll Do

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality output

Make routine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and organized work areaPhysical Requirements & Work Environment

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and occasional dust or humidity

Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment

Work at heights or in confined spaces as needed

Wear required PPE at all times
