Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
Valid Mississippi Special Education license with a Mild/Moderate endorsement
Experience with upper elementary students preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized student progress
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized instruction and intervention plans tailored to students’ IEP goals
Provide differentiated support and assess student progress throughout the 4-week summer session
Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by program guidelines
