Nursing Home Business Office Manager – Claremont, CA.

We have a new employment opportunity for a Long Term Care Business Office Manager in Claremont, California. Responsibilities include accurately billing Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Managed Care companies as well as managing general office activities for this skilled nursing facility.

The chosen BOM will be proficient with Medicare billing and most widely used computer programs. Compensation will be based upon professional experience.

Business Office Manager Qualifications:

• Understanding of Long Term Care reimbursement

• Nursing home billing experience preferred

• Centralized billing office experience preferred

Business Office Manager Responsibilities include:

• Admission Paperwork

• Month End

• Medicare and Medicaid Eligibility

• Filing / customer service

• Collecting data for Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care companies

• Managing Accounts Receivable

• General office support as directed
