Position Details

We are currently looking for a Japanese Teacher for one of our clients in Columbus.

Course Type: General

Format: three-to-one,

Total Hours: 30 (thirty) (15 x 2 hour sessions)

Session length: two-hour, 40 minute session for each student, back-to- back

Location: at the students home in Lewis Center, OH 43035

Student Level: Beginner, Elementary and Intermediate respectively

Students: three girls, 9, 10 and 13 years old.

Schedule: ideallyon Saturday between 12:30pm-3:30pm or 9:30am-12:30pm, or on Friday or Sunday between 4:30pm-7:30pm

Start Date: as soon as possible

Motivation: heritage language, they want to be able to communicat with relatives in Japan, who do not speak English.

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Japanese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification

Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter

Have a valid work permit/visa

Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Freelance, part-time position

We are not able to sponsor visas
