Production Supervisor

A well respected and growing food manufacturer is seeking to add a Bilingual Production Supervisor to their very talented team Job Duties:Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of manufacturing schedules.Monitor and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and company policies.Train, lead, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and uphold safety and quality standards.Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and material usage.Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Assist in implementing and sustaining continuous improvement (CI) initiatives including lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction efforts.Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.Support and enforce company policies related to safety, sanitation, and workplace conduct.All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:2-3 Years in a Supervisor settingManufacturing experience (Food MFG preferred not required)Bilingual (English and Spanish)
