Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central, along with experience in Customer Service Hub and ticketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementations, configurations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
Work with Customer Service Hub for ticket generation, tracking, and resolution workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
Provide functional expertise across finance and operations processes
Support system integrations and data migration activities
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory certification: MB-800 (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant)
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central preferred)
Experience working with Customer Service Hub / ticketing platforms
Relevant certifications such as:
PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales)
MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
Other relevant certifications are a plus
Understanding of business processes across finance and operations (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integrations and Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure)
Prior experience in end-to-end implementation projects
