Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Job Location: Dublin, OH

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing primarily on backend development (80%) with some frontend contributions (20%). You'll build scalable, high-performance applications that power our core services, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver robust solutions from database to user interface.

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience in Java 17-21 (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred).

Strong experience with React (or equivalent frontend frameworks).

Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.

Solid understanding of backend concepts like APIs, authentication, and cloud services (AWS).

Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Angular for advanced frontend development.

Node.js for lightweight backend services or fullstack prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17-21, including RESTful APIs and microservices.

Optimize and manage databases with MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

Build and integrate frontend components using React (or similar frameworks like Vue) for responsive UIs.

Collaborate on system architecture, code reviews, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to support business growth.

Write clean, testable code and contribute to technical documentation.
