Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Engineer Intern to join us in Giovinazzo Plant (BARI) for a hands-on internship focused on learning and contributing to production process optimization. You’ll support the Plant Process Engineer and gain exposure to industrial operations, data analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Key Activities

Support in analyzing product specifications and production data

Follow process improvement initiatives and KPI tracking

Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities

Receive training on SAP, data analysis tools and engineering methodologies

Who we are looking for

Engineering student or recent graduate

Strong interest in manufacturing and process optimization

Fluent in Italian and English

Proficient in MS Office

Curiosity and willingness to learn

Enthusiastic about growing in a manufacturing environment

Analytical thinking and problem-solving, with innovative approach
