What does the ROLE entail?

* Liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and the on-site meeting contact * This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests from the group(s) in the hotel * Strong guest service orientation * Fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction * Other duties include review group billing and special projects within the Events Office and Handling Signage Your EXPERIENCE: * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Unafraid of event related tasks, projects and responsibilities * Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized * Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, weekends and potential holidays * A fun and energized person * Committed to delivering a high level of customer service * Must be proficient in general computer knowledge * Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking * Demonstrates Hyatt Values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity and Fun What's in it for YOU?
