Role Overview

Our client is seeking a high-performing Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications and backend systems. You will own end-to-end feature development across frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end product features (frontend + backend)

Design scalable APIs and backend services

Develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks

Architect database schemas and optimize performance

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality UX

Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

2+ years of full stack development experience

Strong proficiency in React or similar frontend frameworks

Node.js / TypeScript or comparable backend stack

Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases

RESTful API design and development

Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)

CI/CD and DevOps familiarity

Strong system design and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 (based on experience)

Performance Bonus: Annual incentive structure
