Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary product advocate and subject-matter expert for the products assigned within the portfolio.
Develop and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring strategies are implemented within agreed timelines.
Maintain continuous awareness of all factors affecting assigned products, including market competition, pricing dynamics, government regulations, drugstore activity, and distribution channels.
Support the Training Manager in creating product training materials and curricula for new sales team members, and participate in the delivery of relevant training sessions.
Conduct regular engagements with assigned Sales Teams to reinforce, update, and enhance product knowledge.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within relevant medical specialties.
Prepare and update the monthly rolling sales forecast for assigned products.
Execute tasks and projects assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager that contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required by management to support overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (CNS)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate with solid presentation skills
Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
