The Role:

The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and ensuring effective implementation across the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage recruitment processes and talent acquisition.

Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.

Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.

Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making.

Team Structure: You will work closely with HR team members and report to the HR Director.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical HR expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in HR management or a related field.

Knowledge of HR software and tools.

Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
