Requirements **Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand This req is for a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant**Job QualificationsAGACNP or PA-C required for CCU PositionClinical Experience Requirements:Preferred 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. New Grads may be accepted depending on site needs and will need New NP Training and may be accepted depending on site needs. Active MS PA License, DEA w/ MS address and CS Prescriptive Authority.License Requirements: Active certification through AANP or ANCC in FNP or appropriate advanced practice nursing specialty (AGPCNP-BC)Board Certification Requirements: **Must have ACNP** ACLSMerit Badge Requirements: Current Flu Vaccine-COVID preferred not requiredImmunization Requirements: Documentation of case logs for the past 2 years. Case Log Requirements: Proof of CME's for past 2 years. Completed CME Attestation Form - CME certs 40cr past 2 years CME/CEU Requirements:DOP signed by Sponsoring physician/Medical DirectorFacility Procedure Requirements:**Must be proficient in intubations, central line and arterial line insertions with procedure log**Malpractice Requirements: $1M/$3MFacility Details:260 BedsClosed ICUCCU Coverage Model:Day: 1 Physician (7a-7p), 1 NPPA (7a-5p)Night: 1 NPPA (7p-7a)Procedures required for CCU NPPAs: Intubation, central lines and arterial lines.EMR: EPICNP-Clinical Experience
