4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)

Assist with residential electrical installations and service work

Learn to read blueprints and understand electrical systems

Support lead electricians on job sites

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn

Coachable and open to direction and feedback

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Clean driving record required

Must pass background check and drug screening

Basic hand tools required (tool list provided)
