Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Build and refine campaign strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
Diagnose underperforming accounts and implement improvements quickly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between traffic, conversion, and overall marketing strategy
Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
Contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and automation related to paid media
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Experience with Microsoft Ads is strongly preferred
Proven ability to drive measurable results tied to revenue, not just traffic or impressions
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and customer behavior
Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing workload effectively
Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear actions
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Fluent or proficient English (written and verbal)

Campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Paid media contributes directly to client growth and revenue
Underperforming accounts are identified and improved quickly
Campaign structures are clear, scalable, and efficient
Opportunities for optimization are proactively identified
Work is completed accurately, on time, and with minimal oversight
Compensation & Growth
This role starts at $2,200 USD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
You will begin by managing active accounts and working within existing systems. As performance and ownership increase, you will take on greater responsibility, including more complex accounts and involvement in strategic decisions.
Performance is evaluated based on:
Campaign performance relative to KPIs
Ability to improve account efficiency and results
Quality and consistency of execution
Proactive problem-solving and initiative
Strong performers will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles and contribute to the development of systems and processes within the paid media function.

Some overlap with North American business hours may be required
