What Our Client Needs
Our client needs a Test Automation Engineer to maintain and enhance automation capabilities that support the quality, reliability, and performance of their applications.
Who You Are
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and organized. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple testing initiatives, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving. You can work independently, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior team members.
What You’ll Do
You will build and improve scalable test automation frameworks and help ensure strong testing practices across systems.
Design, develop, execute, and validate test plans and test scripts using automated and manual approaches.
Build and enhance automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca.
Improve end-to-end automation frameworks across frontend, backend, and mobile applications.
Report, track, retest, and verify defects through closure.
Create scalable, reusable, data-driven automated test scripts across test and production environments.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results and system behavior to identify performance issues and recommend improvements.
Develop scripts, tools, and utilities to increase automation coverage and efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation for testing processes, frameworks, and tools.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
Experience testing web services using tools such as Postman.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
Experience designing scalable automation frameworks.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to D365 is a plus.
Understanding of industry standards is a plus.
What They Offer
Salary range of $82,000 to $103,000.
