Equipment Operator

Job Description

The Equipment Operator plays a critical role in efficiently and safely operating machinery and equipment to support daily operations. This position requires an experienced professional who can manage equipment with proficiency and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. This position will require someone that can operate an asphalt cold planer. This operator will also be required to help our dirt foreman getting different jobs ready to pave.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner

Conduct regular equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating heavy machinery

Knowledge of safety protocols

Understanding of load management

Basic maintenance skills

Strong attention to detail
