Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Residential)

We are looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering top-quality service to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance

Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers

Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace at all times

Collaborate with team members and dispatch to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications:

Experience in residential HVAC service and repair

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools

EPA certification (preferred or required based on local regulations)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
