Job Title: HVAC Installation Supervisor (Residential)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead our

residential installation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on

environment, enjoys leading crews, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent

customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians performing residential HVAC

installations

● Oversee the safe and efficient removal of existing HVAC equipment

● Ensure proper installation of new heating and cooling systems in residential homes

● Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and code compliance

● Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project scope, timelines, and

expectations

● Support and mentor team members to improve performance and skill development

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in residential HVAC installation

● Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

● Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and crews effectively
