Job Description
The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for the inspection, pickup, and delivery of roll-off containers that support Mazza Recycling’s waste management and recycling operations. This role ensures the accurate completion and recording of all required regulatory documentation while delivering safe, reliable, and efficient service across assigned service areas. The Roll-Off Driver is a valued member of Mazza Recycling’s collection and hauling operations team.
Essential Functions
· Safely operate a roll-off truck in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
· Lift, transport, deliver, and place roll-off containers in accordance with established safety procedures
· Accurately track, record, and document all activities using electronic driver logs and required paperwork
· Promptly report vehicle issues, safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate Operations Supervisor
· Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
· Consistently follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations

Qualifications
· Valid CDL-B license
· Current Department of Transportation medical certificate
· Not prohibited from driving per FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
· Safe driving record with successful drug and alcohol screening
· Previous experience operating a roll-off truck preferred
· Ability to regularly perform physical labor and manage physical workload requirements
· Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
· Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary
· Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
