Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Promotion
Facilitate campaigns and initiatives to generate new leads, improve sales conversion, and enhance the customer experience
Promote and offer COL products and services— including the COL Strategic Growth Fund (CSG), COL Equity Index Fund (CEIF), and other key offerings— to prospective and existing clients
Support the organization and facilitation of company events and financial literacy activities
Account Opening & Onboarding
Manage the completion, review, and approval of account applications, ensuring timely funding and progression to the first investment or trade
Provide responsive assistance to customer inquiries via walk-ins, email, or phone, ensuring clear communication and professional support
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all sales CRM platforms
Prepare regular reports, including monthly sales reports and other required documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or any related course
At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Services; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools or dashboards is a plus
Background in event planning, digital campaigns, or marketing communications is an advantage
Basic knowledge of financial markets is preferred but not required
Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
