There are multiple openings available for this position. This role is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are passionate about hands-on engineering and eager to grow in a field service environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Work independently and execute assigned tasks/projects at customer sites in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal application and operations teams to resolve on-site application-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and manage site preparation for new equipment delivery, including site readiness, tool installation, site acceptance testing (SAT), and post-service support.

Provide hands-on, on-site customer service, including machine installation, buy-off, training, troubleshooting, response time management, uptime optimization, and maintenance to ensure company equipment meets defined KPIs.

Exhibit strong teamwork, a proactive work attitude, and the ability to address concerns or issues promptly with minimal supervision.

Prepare and submit detailed service reports on completed tasks.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Open to working extra hours in compliance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or a related field.

Strong background in electronics, with good mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, PLCs, and basic electronic/optical components.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus) and effective client engagement abilities.

Preferably experienced in field service with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical, with strong technical problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to meet customer schedules and requirements.

Resourceful and well-organized, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a team-oriented approach, working effectively with internal and external teams to achieve business goals and maintain high service quality standards.
