Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential facilities by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and responding promptly to emergency repairs. Reporting to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, this technician utilizes standard hand and power tools to maintain safety compliance and support efficient facility management.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of residential facilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Conduct emergency repairs to minimize downtime and occupant inconvenience

Collaborate effectively with property management and maintenance teams

Required Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License

HVAC Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus

Strong preventive maintenance skills

Effective problem-solving abilities

Teamwork and collaboration skills
