We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electrical/RF Test Technician to join our second-shift team. In this role, you will perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment. Shift & Schedule Details

Shift: Second Shift

Hours: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

Follow process and work instructions, along with detailed test plans, to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.

Operate a variety of measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to satisfy quality requirements.

Document accurate data records and results in test databases, generate reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of test procedures.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve issues.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive throughput improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency required, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, accessing work instructions, and confirming task completion.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality while maintaining pace in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Ability to effectively follow both written and verbal instructions.

Experience: Prior experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics assembly or testing is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and standard electronic test equipment.

Work Ethic: Demonstrated reputation for punctuality, reliability, and a genuine desire to grow and develop in the role.
