Steam Table/Prep Cook

In charge of cutting, peeling, dicing, and some boiling

Rinsing produce

Last to see orders and prepare to handoff to FOH

In charge of expediting the back of the house (confirm tickets with BOH)

Cleaning and organizing (steam space and refrigerator)

Line Cook/Prep Cook

Controls all grilled items

Prep and maintain grease and all underhood equipment

Preps and Frys all fried foods

Maintain and prepare flour and batter
