What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers and identify their needs through effective communication

Present and explain wireless products, services, and promotions

Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish

Process new activations, upgrades, and customer orders

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and technology

Track sales performance and work toward individual and team goals

Help manage inventory and ensure displays are organized and stocked

Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (preferred, not required)
