Job description*:

- Looking for salesforce Lead with overall 8+ years of experience. Should have atleast 6 years of experience in Saleforce. Person with CRM Analytics and B2B commerce Cloud experience is required. Knowledge on Sales, Service, Experience cloud needed.

- Should be hands on person if needed.

- Should also has experience in Azure Developer Tools.

- Should be flexible with work hours.

#Below are high level responsibilities:

- Translate business needs into IT solutions & develop Salesforce specific strategy and roadmaps. Leverage rigorous design methodologies that consistently yield the right level of high-level design documentation and develop solutions, which may include custom development and/or extending commercial products, that conform both to customer requirements and solution development standards. Ensure that the Salesforce landscape conforms to Enterprise Architecture framework.

Own and evangelize governance mechanisms and ensure that architecture deliverables meet/exceed governance standards.

- Defining and publishing best practices and running the design review sessions.

- Identify Technical Debt, Review cost and design optimized solutions.

- Socializing solution options to all required stakeholders and Technical teams.

- Ability to act as a key member of the project team and provide leadership to guide application design and development. Assist in problem resolution and support the development team through consultation and problem research.

- Provide coaching/ mentorship for Salesforce personnel. Participate in career development and recognition activities. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization.

#Mandatory Skills:

- In-depth Platform Knowledge of CRM Analytics, B2B commerce Cloud
