Inside Sales Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn to become a confident listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who wants a clear path from inside sales activity into listing-focused real estate production, supported by coaching, structure, and daily exposure to experienced professionals in a high-performing environment where who you work with matters.
In this opportunity, you will learn how to manage incoming opportunities, strengthen follow-up conversations, and turn real estate conversations into long-term client relationships. Coaching is practical and hands-on, with a strong focus on learning how to move from conversations to appointments and eventually into listings. You will work alongside experienced agents who provide step-by-step guidance to help you build confidence, consistency, and repeatable habits.
This is more than daily outreach. You will learn how the listing business is developed through strong communication, disciplined routines, and proven systems that help create long-term momentum in real estate. The focus is on building real skills that can help you transition from inside sales into stronger production over time.

$140,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

Qualifications:
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
A real estate license is required
