Retail Sales Associate - No Experience Necessary - Paid Training - This is an in-person sales role.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Recommend cellular and wireless products based on customers’ needs and desires, and demonstrate product features.

Process transactions accurately.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.

Flexibility to work weekends.

Pay Scale and Benefits:

Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.

Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.

Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
