Key Responsibilities

Operate production equipment, including winders and inspection machines

Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation

Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies

Assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance

Accurately document production data and inspection results

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or related industrial work

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating production line equipment or winders

Mechanical troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with quality control standards in manufacturing

Schedule & Compensation

12-hour rotating shifts (includes nights, weekends, and holidays)

Pay: $19.50/hour
