We are currently interviewing candidates on 4/27/2026 for the 2025-2026 school year, with a start date as soon as possible and extending through June 17, 2026.
The position offers a 35-hour work week.
The specific caseload and school assignments will be determined closer to the start date, and you may be assigned to one or more campuses within the Rockville and Washington, DC, area.
Key Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Maryland SLP license (must be presented prior to start)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will also be considered Experience or practicum in school-based settings is highly desired Ability to pass time-sensitive credentialing requirements prior to start Role Responsibilities:Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IEP goals Maintain thorough and clear documentation per district requirements Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings as needed Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student growth and communication Pay is competitive, based on years of school experience, ranging from $46 to $58 per hour.
