MIG Welders (Entry Level & Intermediate)

Pay: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience & weld test)
Aerotek’s client, a growing manufacturing operation in Blacklick, OH, is seeking motivated Entry Level and Intermediate MIG Welders to join their production team. If you’re dependable, eager to grow your welding skills, and ready to contribute to high quality fabrication work, this is a great opportunity.What You’ll Do
Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Follow instructions, drawings, or weld symbols (based on experience level)
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and consistency
Assist with fabrication tasks, material handling, and general shop organization
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goalsWhat They’re Looking For
Entry Level MIG Welders:
Basic understanding of MIG welding or completion of a welding course
Willingness to learn and follow direction
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Intermediate MIG Welders:
Hands on MIG welding experience in a shop or industrial environment
Ability to produce clean, consistent welds

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
