The Senior Business Analyst will support a proof-of-concept demonstration leveraging natural language processing and machine learning to improve the intake process for child protective services. This role is pivotal in advancing technology solutions that help protect children at risk and optimize organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture current intake workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and refine a new intake process, ensuring alignment with State objectives.
Contribute to roadmap development and document metrics to measure prototype efficacy.
Provide agile leadership, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and manage communications with stakeholders at all levels.
Draft final project reports, organize conference room demonstrations, and ensure transparency throughout the engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst for state, local, or corporate clients.
Proven experience delivering CCWIS solutions, including intake, call center operations, and case actioning.
Experience with at least 2 COTS CCWIS systems, including RedMane Technology.
Skilled in workflow mapping, business outcome analysis, and Agile project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagements.
