Business Process Analyst
What You'll Do:
Lead business process discovery, modeling, and analysis
Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement
Support ERP implementation and process optimization
Collaborate across IT, business, and leadership teams
Contribute to BPM best practices and governance
Must-Have Skills:
3-5 years in business process analysis & improvement
Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio)
Agile methodology & change management expertise
ERP implementation experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Experience with large-scale software implementations
Familiarity with BPM frameworks and performance metrics
