Job Title: Automation Lead / Architect (SDET)

Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite, Local Candidates Only)

Selenium, Java, C#, Azure DevOps, BDD (Cucumber), financial/banking domain experience, 12+ years QA with 5+ years Test Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the automation testing efforts for financial applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium, Java, and C#.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies using Cucumber.

Take ownership of automation strategy and execution with minimal supervision.

Support continuous integration and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

Drive improvements in test coverage, efficiency, and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

12+ years of overall experience in QA with 5-6+ years as a Test Lead or Test Architect.

Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium for automated test scripting and execution.

Proficient in Java and C# programming languages.

Strong expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks, especially Cucumber.

Solid experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.

Proven background in financial services or banking domain automation testing.

Ability to write automation scripts from scratch and enhance existing frameworks.
