Contact Center Engineers (AWS Connect)

6- Months Contract

$60/hr. on C2C

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Contact Center Engineers with deep expertise in AWS Connect and a strong background in legacy contact center technologies. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade contact center solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize contact center architectures leveraging AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).

Integrate AWS Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk, as well as with custom-built applications.

Develop and manage telephony and routing workflows across legacy platforms including Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, and NICE.

Script, automate, and enhance system performance using Python and JavaScript.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient contact center solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance around network engineering, unified communications, PSTN/carrier technologies, and CTI/API development.

Required Qualifications:

7-8 years of progressive experience in Contact Center Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing AWS Connect environments.

Strong understanding of telephony, voice systems design, and network fundamentals.

Proven experience integrating AWS Connect with CRMs and enterprise applications.

Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and automation within AWS environments.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
