Job Description
We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Quality Assurance Lead to support Agile delivery across multiple teams for a financial services client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for candidates with a background in Quality Assurance (QA), Business Analysis (BA), or similar technical/business roles who are looking to grow into an enterprise Agile leadership position.
The candidate will help coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), support planning and release activities, and ensure teams are following Agile best practices while meeting regulatory and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across multiple teams
Assist with PI Planning and Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, system demos, retrospectives)
Help identify, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
Collaborate closely with development, QA, product, and business stakeholders
Support release planning, coordination, and execution activities
Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Use basic PowerShell scripting for automation, validation, and release-related tasks
Ensure teams adhere to Agile practices and financial industry controls Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Agile delivery or project execution roles
Background in Quality Assurance (QA), Business Analysis (BA), or similar role
Basic understanding of Agile and/or SAFe frameworks
Entry-level to intermediate experience with PowerShell scripting
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a 100% on-site office environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to release management, CI/CD pipelines, or test automation
Agile or SAFe certifications (preferred, not required)
