Required Skills

Qualifications

• One or both: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.

• Strong programming experience with a focus on JavaScript, including knowledge of the ServiceNow API classes and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Proven experience developing in some of the following ServiceNow modules: CSM, PSDS, ITSM, SPM, and ITOM.

• Experience building custom applications.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a development team and report to a technical lead.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing stories, sprints, update sets, app repo, and version control.

• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges before escalating.

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience supporting and coordinating ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching activities.

• Web Development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Expertise with the Service Portal and creating custom widgets and pages using AngularJS and CSS.

• ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Service Portal.

• UI Builder experience.
