Location: Plano, TX OR Snoqualmie, WA (100% Onsite - Local Candidates Only)
Duration: Contract (12 Months+)

Job Summary
Our client, a leading multinational telecommunications technology company, is seeking an experienced ML RCA Specialist to support Core Network Analytics initiatives.
This role focuses on configuring, tuning, and validating Machine Learning-based Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities using Fault Management (FM) data from Packet Core networks. The position will work on embedded analytics solutions, enabling intelligent alarm correlation, clustering, and RCA insights for network operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and fine-tune ML-based correlation and clustering models for Fault Management (FM) alarms
Train RCA models using historical Core Network alarm data
Develop and refine RCA signatures and parent-child alarm relationships
Collaborate with automation teams to leverage normalized PM + FM datasets
Validate RCA outputs with Core Network domain experts
Improve model accuracy and minimize false positives/negatives
Deliver RCA insights consumable by operational tools and workflows
Support analytics in pre-production and offline environments Required Skills
Strong experience with ML-based alarm correlation and RCA techniques
Hands-on experience with telecom Fault Management (FM) data
Solid understanding of time-series analysis, clustering, and statistical correlation
Knowledge of Packet Core architectures and failure scenarios
Experience working in network analytics / telecom environments Preferred Skills
Experience in Service Assurance / Network Assurance / AIOps
Exposure to Nokia Core Network platforms and alarm models
Background in telecom analytics or RCA solution delivery
Familiarity with performance management (PM) data integration Additional Information

Must be comfortable working onsite full-time
