Responsibilities:

Support the Admin activities for Enterprise process modeling platform

Monitor platform performance, upgrading platform based on Vendor Service release, maintaining reports, integrations, macros, semantic checks and APG components on ARIS platform

Manage ARIS configuration sets

Manage User and Server licenses

User access management

ARIS Process governance component maintenance

Connect UI Configuration

Provide end user support through JIRA and Remedy

Admin-level scripts development and maintenance

Bash scripts management

Method and Filter management

Modeling Template management

ARIS out of the box and custom reports/macro access management

Semantic check configuration

ARIS Database management

Server performance monitoring through SPLUNK

Client/runnable configuration

Cleanup server logs

Tenant backups/restore

Event adapter and User Logging

LDAP synchronization

Database Reorganization

Support Platform upgrades with Service Release and patches

Support Swing Activities

Application Vulnerabilities check and fix

Problem management with Product Vendor

Support Production Deployment from lower environment to production

Solution design for tool integrations

Validation/smoke test of application functionality

Single Sign on configuration

Develop reports, macros, semantic checks, APG components on ARIS platform

Participate and contribute to Backlog refinement and Sprint Planning

Provide direction to client stakeholders and leadership regarding the design, implementation, support of knowledge management solutions, architecture and hands-on development on ARIS platform

Requirements:

8-10 Years of experience in Business process modeling, Platform administration, Banking/Financial/Tech Consulting domain

3 to 5 years of hands-on working experience as ARIS administrator

3+ years of development experience on ARIS capabilities including Process Governance, Filters, Reports, Macros and Integrations

2+ years of Process modeling and Business Process management experience

Strong ARIS functional and technical skill set with understanding of the ARIS 9 (onwards) platform and Java programming knowledge

Ability to discuss/clarify requirements

Sound understanding of ARIS Designer/Architect, ARIS Connect, ARIS Process Governance

In-depth knowledge of ARIS Upgrades, Server Configurations and troubleshooting

Strong communication skills to discuss and understand various business processes and Technology capabilities

Packaging and Deployment

Exposure to Oracle SQL queries

Strong Java programming knowledge

Able to demonstrate end-to-end application design

Desired skills:

Agile experience

ARIS experience with SR23 and higher

Dashboard experience

Understanding of the ARIS 10 (onwards) platform
