IAM / Info Sec Analyst
Job Description:
Resolve application issues, client communications and actively engage in support and operations.
Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production in order to make quick repair to keep application running in production.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.
Participate in all team ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectives.
Understand and utilize DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, test and promote new or updated features.
Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts.
Ex: detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.
Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed.
AWS; Familiar with other cloud services like azure or gcp.
Good Communication and Articulation skills
ProblemSolving and Critical Thinking
Prior Identity and Access Management experience
Experience with customer support
Experience writing technical documentation and providing guidance to other teams.
Excel proficiency
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, MyServices, etc
