Description

We are looking for an Oracle SaaS User and Role Security Manager who will be responsible for managing and securing user access within Oracle applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our security policies. The person will be the gatekeepers of the system, controlling who can access what data and perform which actions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Oracle Saas and PaaS security concepts, including roles, permissions, and access control.

Experience with Oracle Security Console and other security tools. MUST have Oracle Functional knowledge to map roles to users.

Knowledge of security best practices and standards. Ability to analyze security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with security audit and compliance requirements.

7+ years of experience leading full Oracle Fusion cloud system implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing and roll-out. 3+ years of experience in administering the full Oracle Fusion cloud system including managing application configurations, security and development.

3+ years of experience with business process workflows, process designs, database architecture

3+ year of experience in designing custom roles and privileges, assigning and testing SOD conflicts in Roles.

For consideration, the candidate should have good interpersonal communications skill, strong Oracle technical skills and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud applications including Financials ERP, EPM and other modules.
